1. Service Description

Social Anxiety Helper provides digital tools and resources designed to help individuals practice and manage social anxiety situations. Our service includes:

• Situation Helper - AI-powered advice for social situations
• Conversation Helper - Voice practice with AI responses
• Real World Helper - Structured challenges and practice exercises
• Breathing Helper - Anxiety management techniques
• Crisis Helper - Voice AI support for crisis moments

3. Medical Disclaimer

• Our service provides educational content and practice tools only
• We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
• If you're experiencing severe anxiety or mental health issues, please consult a qualified healthcare professional
• In crisis situations, contact emergency services or a crisis helpline immediately
• We are not liable for any medical or psychological outcomes from using our service

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the service responsibly and for its intended purpose
• Provide accurate information when creating your account
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Not share your account with others
• Use the voice features in appropriate, private settings
• Provide constructive feedback during the beta phase
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or damage our systems

5. Payment and Billing

Subscription Plans

We offer two plans:

• Free - $0. No payment method required. Includes the real world challenge ladder, the Breathing Helper, and a monthly allowance of Situation Helper plans and voice rehearsals.
• Premium - $25.00/month, billed monthly, with a 7-day free trial. Includes higher monthly allowances and 1 Crisis Helper call per month.

Current plan allowances are listed on our pricing section and in your account. Allowances reset each billing period and do not roll over.

Free Trial

• Premium starts with a 7-day free trial
• You are not charged during the trial
• Cancel before the trial ends and you are not charged at all
• If you do not cancel, the subscription starts at $25.00/month when the trial ends

Billing

• Billing occurs monthly via your chosen payment method
• You can cancel anytime from your account settings with no cancellation fee
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Pricing may change with 30 days' notice

Crisis Helper Calls

• Premium includes 1 Crisis Helper call per month
• Additional calls are $5.00 each, purchased individually and charged when you buy them
• Calls are user-initiated. We never call you, and a call only starts when you start it
• Each call is capped at 15 minutes and ends automatically at that point
• Crisis Helper is an AI voice tool, not an emergency service. In an emergency, contact emergency services or a crisis helpline

Refunds

• Email us within 30 days of your first charge and we will refund it in full
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method
• A refund is a commercial term. It is not a statement about how the service will work for you

6. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we collect, use, and protect your data.

• We do not sell or share your personal information to third parties
• Voice conversations are processed in real-time; we store text transcripts only, not audio recordings
• You can request data deletion at any time by contacting support
• All data is encrypted in transit and at rest
• We collect minimal data necessary to provide and improve the service

7. Intellectual Property

Social Anxiety Helper, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• You may use our service for personal, non-commercial purposes only
• You cannot copy, distribute, or modify our content or software
• Feedback and suggestions you provide may be used to improve our service

8. Service Availability

• We strive for 99% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
• Maintenance and updates may require temporary service interruptions
• We may suspend or terminate service for violations of these terms
• Beta features may be discontinued or modified without notice

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Social Anxiety Helper shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from use or inability to use the service
• Any medical or psychological outcomes from using our service
• Third-party content or services integrated with our platform

10. Account Termination

Your Right to Cancel

• You can cancel your account anytime from your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• You retain access to the service until your billing period ends
• Account data is retained for 90 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted

Our Right to Terminate

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these terms of service
• Use the service for illegal or harmful purposes
• Attempt to damage or interfere with our systems
• Provide false or fraudulent information

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through our service at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
